How much do you charge for business and commercial photography?

When it comes to business, commercial and product photography, prices are charged by the hour, while on site. I charge £50 per hour with a minimum booking time of 2 hours, plus travel. I’m always happy to discuss your needs and budget and provide a bespoke quote for your business photography needs.

Do you have a studio I can come to?

While I don’t have a permanent studio space, I do have a mobile professional studio, with professional lighting and different coloured backdrops. For many clients, this makes commercial photography much easier, as I can work directly on site with you, or we can hire a nearby venue if required.

Is editing and post-production included in the cost?

All images will be colour balanced and given all basic adjustments throughout. Please ask about any particular editing requirements you may so I can provide a bespoke quote.

How far are you willing to travel?

I regularly work with clients on professional photography projects in Devon, Somerset, Dorset, and Wiltshire. However, I also often work with clients throughout the UK, providing professional photography services in London, Scotland and Yorkshire, as well as many other locations. All expenses are charged at cost and discussed and agreed beforehand.

Will you use my photos for marketing purposes?

I may use your images in my own advertising and marketing materials, on social media, or on my own website.

What sort of commercial photography do you do?

I have experience in a range of commercial photography, from photographing a variety of products, major exhibitions corporate events or high-quality property photography of your business premises. I have worked in conjunction with artistic directors and videography teams on brochures, and magazines, and companies requiring staff team and individual images for websites.

Can we provide you with a brief?

Of course. I’m happy to take instructions to ensure the images I provide are ‘on brand’ and in line with your specific requirements. We can chat through your needs in person, on the phone, or via email, depending on what is most suitable for you.

How will I receive my photos?

I will provide your commercial photos via a downloadable online album, for which I will email you the link. If required, I can provide a USB stick containing the files, at extra cost. If you require physical prints, I am happy to discuss this further.

When will I receive my photos?

Images will be edited and delivered to you within 7-10 days of your photo-shoot. I am able to provide images within 24 hours, or on the same day, for an additional cost, if required.

What equipment do you use?

I primarily use the latest full-frame 48 megapixel Sony cameras, as well as Nikon and Leica. Matched to a range of professional prime lenses. I use a range of professional flash and studio lighting. I can also shoot tethered to a laptop so we can view the work as it unfolds and make adjustments on the spot to those images you want to achieve.

Do you have insurance?

I am fully insured with public liability and indemnity insurance specifically for professional photographers, currently set at £5 million, which can be increased for specific occasions, if required.
